If you are experiencing difficulties, first ensure that you have installed the most current patch. To verify that the correct version is installed, click "About" from the program main menu to check the version number. Our FAQ Section will solve most problems.
NOTE: Please read these instructions carefully prior to downloading or installing any programs! Failure to do so may result in the loss of dive data and personal log information located in previously installed versions.
Prior to installing any programs, browse your existing OceanLog program directory to locate the database file with .DLG extension. Copy and paste this file to another location in the event that your dive data is lost during new program installation. Upon installation of the new patch or full version, if existing dive data is not found, once again copy and paste the .DLG file into the same directory of the new version.
USB Drivers must be downloaded and run in addition to the OceanLog program. Download and run the file to extract all files to a location on your hard drive. Note this location. When you connect the USB Cable for the first time, two separate "New Hardware Wizards" will walk you through the process to locate and install the correct drivers.

To begin download: Click on the file you wish to download and select "Run" or "Save".

End of support for older Oceanic Software (12/1/07)
Oceanic will retire public and technical support, including updates for these software: Data100, DataPlus2, DataTrans, DataTransPlus, XTC100.
The old software will transition to a non-supported status. After this date (12/1/07), Oceanic will no longer provide any incident support options or updates. Oceanic is not offering a custom support agreement for these products but the older Oceanic software is available for your use.
