ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT CHANGES ANNOUNCED AT OCEANIC

March 15, 2005 - San Leandro, CA - New Oceanic Worldwide President, Dan Emke, has announced that Scott Mastrangelo has been named the new National Sales Manager for the company and that Doug Krause has been appointed Marketing Manager. Both have longstanding ties with the company and are ideally suited for their new assignments.

Mastrangelo was most recently the national sales manager for AERIS. With more than 24 years of lifestyle marketing and sales expertise, he also directed the diving division of BARE, spent 12 years as an independent sales representative and was a regional manager for a multi-store national retail chain. He will be responsible for management of both the Oceanic and AERIS sales territories. Krause, previously the Product Manager at Oceanic, has been with the company for more than a decade. His background includes customer service management, technical advising, product management and internet/online product and promotional development. He will be responsible for product development, marketing and communications for both Oceanic and AERIS.

"Both Scott and Doug bring a high level of experience and enthusiasm to their new roles and we are fortunate to have such talent available to us from our existing team. This allows us to move ahead quickly," said Dan Emke, Oceanic President. "We are excited about the new direction that both Oceanic and AERIS is headed. Scott and Doug, along with the outstanding team we already have in place, will play a major role in the growth of Oceanic and AERIS in coming months."

Oceanic is a California-based company and one of the largest dive equipment-manufacturing corporations in the world. Its high performance instruments, regulators, buoyancy compensators, masks, fins, snorkels, thermal wear, and accessories are sold by more than 600 U.S. dive retailers, and worldwide through more than 30 independent distributors and Oceanic affiliate companies in Australia, Singapore, Japan, England, Germany, and Italy.
